You will be a key member of the Advisory and Governance team, supporting the implementation and oversight of key Finance projects and governance.

What role will you play?As a Manager in Advisory and Governance teams, you will join a high performing advisory function focused on delivering value to key stakeholders, including senior Finance leadership. You will support the implementation of diverse, highly visible initiatives, partnering with teams across Finance and the broader Macquarie group to develop commercial solutions while managing risk.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of group wide policies and frameworks within Finance, developing high quality Board Audit Committee reporting, assisting other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity and overseeing and uplifting the Finance control environment.
What you offerCommerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional servicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detailExperience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks to execute on key deliverablesExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levelsAn adaptable and agile mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding Macquarie's corporate structure, businesses and operating environment.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
