Women's and Children's Health Network, Paediatric Medicine, North Adelaide (5006) Salary Classification - ASO5 - Administrative Services Officer L5 - $85,790 to $95,413 Full time - Term Contract (temporary up to 30 Jun 2025) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Medicine team as a Manager – Administrative Services, where you will be responsible for:
Providing human resource services for the recruitment and selection of all non-nursing staff. Ensuring the Division's E-recruitment needs are met. Ensuring a coordinated quality management service is provided across Paediatric Medicine in relation to core business administrative functions. Conducting, implementing, and managing defined projects as directed. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise, foster collaboration and manage staff Highly developed skills in written and oral communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management Extensive experience in an administrative management role within the public sector environment Demonstrated experience in developing and managing staff to meet organisational objectives, targets and goals. Demonstrated experience in providing effective human resource best practice standards for the management of staff including performance development review.
