The Opportunity
We are looking for an administration specialist who can manage a team of 20 servicing one of our key client contracts. You will be responsible for the important and rigorous administration required by this critical contract relationship. Based at our site on the Gold Coast (4227), you will oversee the team in their activities and manage all reporting required by the client. Your eye for continuous improvement will mean you constantly look to improve processes and systems to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you'll be responsible for
High quality data management, ensuring accuracy and quality of data input including e.g. weighbridge data, supplier activities.
Oversee purchasing processes and manage vendor relationships, procurement, negotiation and management of commodity supply agreements.
Owner of the Customer Service Management Plan, including complaints handling processes and procedures.
Supervising the contract administration and weighbridge operations teams, including facilitation of regular team meetings, ensuring action items are allocated and completed.
What you'll need to be successful
Demonstrated administrative management experience (3+ years) with role focus on data management, reporting and customer service.
Demonstrated people management experience and success in people leadership and nurturing and maintaining positive workplace culture.
Ability to review, document and implement work processes across functional areas.
Strong process writing and documentation skills, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
