The role Join the Bradfield Development Authority as and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Western Sydney.
This position is integral to our mission of creating vibrant, productive spaces and precincts, managing lands and assets effectively, and delivering affordable and diverse housing.
You will work closely with the Executive Director, Strategy & Development, providing high-quality, expert vision, advice, and leadership to improve outcomes for Aboriginal peoples.
Your role will involve collaborating across the organisation to foster an inclusive culture and build capacity to engage with Aboriginal communities.

As the Manager, Aboriginal Outcomes , you will lead and undertake research, analysis, and review of complex policy issues, identifying emerging trends and developing evidence-based strategies.
You will provide expert advice to inform stakeholders and support policy directions, manage teams to meet policy commitments, and develop and implement strategies for monitoring and evaluating policy initiatives.
Your leadership in stakeholder engagement, consultation, and negotiation will be crucial in developing solutions and making informed policy decisions.

For more information read the full Role Description: Manager, Aboriginal Outcomes (Identified) What you will bring to the role Demonstrated ability to manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, balancing competing interests and demands.
Proven experience in providing accurate policy advice and recommendations on complex issues within short time frames.
Ability to act independently with a moderate level of autonomy, using initiative to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and building capacity to engage with Aboriginal communities.
Strong strategic and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions and innovative strategies.
Advanced communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Expertise in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and rigorous evaluation methodologies.
This role is an identified position where Aboriginal identity is an essential requirement of the job , along with cultural association with one or more Aboriginal communities.
