The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Assistant to join our industry leading Corporate Practice Group as Management Team Assistant on an 18-month parental leave contract.
As Management Team Assistant you will play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day management of the Practice Group. Your day will involve:
Assisting the management team with a vast range of confidential administrative tasks and processes that facilitate the smooth running of the practice group.Managing teams internal and external appointments with appropriate lead times.Acting as a point of contact for Practice Group issues and enquiries.Skills & experience: The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to delivering their work, strong attention to detail and previous stakeholder management while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
You will also have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant in a professional services environment (preferably legal).Ability to anticipate the Practice Groups' requirements to reduce administrative time.Strong time management and organisational skills.Demonstrated attention to detail.Proven ability to manage confidential information.Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.We are not open to considering university students for this opportunity.
