Our Group's over 3000 team members consistently strive to make a difference in the communities we serve.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and highly organised Management Support Officer (EA) to support Caroline Williamson, General Manager of Data & Corporate Technology, and Georgia Cronin, General Manager of Customer & Energy Solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of administration tasks for the two GMs and direct leadership team, including high-level meetings, event coordination, and diary management.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting & Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the diaries for Executive and GM meetings as well as Team meetings, town halls, and working groups. Ensure agendas are prepared, meetings are scheduled, and minutes/notes are issued in a timely manner.Event & Workshop Coordination: Plan and organise team workshops and external events, including special events that feature guest speakers and collaboration with technology partners.Administrative Support: Handle essential administrative tasks for the team, such as raising purchase orders, travel and conference bookings, and managing resources for team activities and digital events.Collaboration: Work closely with other EAs to support digital all-hands events and team initiatives, fostering a collaborative and proactive support network.Qualifications & ExperienceProven EA/MSO Experience: You're a seasoned EA or Management Support Officer dedicated to this career path.
