About your opportunity
Permanent full-time, commencing February 2025. Provide a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the senior clinical staff of the Emergency Department within Medical Service Group.
The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

Possession of a high level of administrative and secretarial skills and the proven ability to prepare complex documents, agendas and minutes whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and providing an effective customer-focused service. High level interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (displaying tact and diplomacy when dealing with patients and staff). Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work to meet strict deadlines and commitments, and to be flexible in changing work environment. Proven ability in the utilisation of Microsoft Office, and ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of hospital-based systems including myHR, IeMR, BIARRI etc. Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of policies and guidelines relating to Recruitment & Human Resources. Generous remuneration package value up to $97,656 p.a. comprising:

Salary range of $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3) Annual leave with 17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation. Requirements:
This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis. Probation period may apply. Pre-employment checks will be conducted. Please refer to the Role Description for further details.
