$42.33 to $45.73 per hour About the Role Lead a dynamic team providing high-level administrative support at Grampians Health's Specialist Outpatient Clinics in Ballarat.
In this role, you will manage and guide administrative staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
You'll be responsible for driving efficiency, optimising processes, and maintaining high standards of administrative support across our clinics.
This is a key leadership role where you'll make a real impact in supporting quality patient care through effective management and innovative service improvements.

KeyResponsibilities Provide leadership to the administration team, setting strategic goals and ensuring strong governance.
Drive individual and team performance, achieving KPIs and maintaining high customer service standards.
Oversee team workflows, including rostering, task allocation, and leave management, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Act as the escalation point for resolving complex issues and complaints.
Identify opportunities for professional growth and development, supporting staff progression.
Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities to administrative staff, ensuring optimal team effectiveness.
Skills & Experience We are seeking a proven leader who excels in managing team performance, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of excellence.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities with ease, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or relevant industry experience.
Extensive experience in Administration, Business Management, or a similar field.
Proven track record in developing innovative solutions to administrative challenges.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring service delivery and administrative processes to achieve departmental goals.
