About the Role: As part of the management team at Burger Urge Gladstone, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include staff training and development, inventory control, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Additionally, you'll work closely with the management team to drive sales, resolve customer issues, and implement operational improvements.
