Due to internal promotion, we're on the hunt for a driven and detailed orientated Management Assistant to join our high profile Chief Operations Office (COO) team and support multiple leaders within the business.
This role offers the perfect step up for someone with similar existing experience in a business support role (i.e. office coordinator, personal assistant, executive assistant etc). You'll have a particularly strong focus on contractor and vendor management, invoicing, committee management, expense management and internal organisation for events, alongside general administrative duties.
You'll be given loads of opportunities to grow in the role, with exposure to key stakeholders and different business areas. Last but not least, you'll be reporting into a team who want to help you succeed in your career with ING by challenging you to always stay a step ahead.
This is a permanent, full time role based in Sydney.
What you'll do Help your Leadership Team filter and prioritise what is important and keep them updated on what is happening within the business, including proactive diary management when required.Balance multiple priorities. Things can get busy sometimes and you'll be someone who can thrive under pressure and help things stay on track.Be our systems whiz – because we're a digital bank we have a lot of systems that keep things running. You'll be someone who can pick up systems easily and intuitively.Deliver fantastic attention to detail, organisation skills and be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Sometimes our Leadership Team may need to present information at short notice, and we're hoping you can help them consolidate information into presentable slides that their audience can easily understand.Support with contractor and vendor management, invoicing, committee management, expense management and internal organisation for events, alongside other general administrative duties.What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a similar business support role, preferably supporting a leadership team.Previous experience within contractor and vendor management, as well as invoicing and expense management, will be highly desirable.Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.Experience juggling multiple priorities with military precision.Well-honed organisation skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Drive to continuously improve how things get done so that tomorrow is easier.An effervescent personality and a passion to do things right the first time!What's in it for you?
