Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will have the opportunity to apply your commercial and communication skills across the business to become an integral member of our team.Due to the high visibility of the Budget and Forecasting function in the organisation, you will interact with the other Departments of Seven West Media to help drive effective business outcomes.About the RolePrepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the WA operationsImplement cost and expense control, with a focus on reporting, analysis and assessmentDevelop meaningful reporting to support decision making, both internally and to Group FinanceGenerate weekly and monthly EBIT reporting along with daily and monthly cashflow reportingGeneral Ledger and Budget System ConfigurationSupport the business to achieve its deliverables, as a Finance Business Partner to various DepartmentsAbout YouUnderstanding of budgeting, planning and forecasting processes in a complex businessExperience and an interest in improving processes, in particular, writing reports from a data warehouse or source systems (Epicor - GL, Prophix -Budget/Forecast/Reporting) in Power BIThe ability to analyse, design and review business processes to achieve quality and efficient outcomesProficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with different business areas, contributing to budget, cost management and revenue initiativesFlexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the team as requiredAbout the BenefitsAn Osborne Park location with an onsite café, free gym and parkingFlexible working arrangementsSalary sacrifice packaging and a paid parental leave policyAn employee Perks program, health and wellbeing support program and moreApply now!Join us at Seven West Media and be a part of our success story.
