About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our accounts receivable team!
This is a full-time position based at our busy national head office located in Kewdale.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will directly report to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and play a vital role in our account operations.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your role is crucial in maintaining our company's financial health through the timely handling of incoming payments and accounts.
The role involves a high level of accuracy, customer interaction, and teamwork to ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled and maintained.
Your main duties/key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Applying daily account payments Conducting account reconciliations Processing account applications Handling other related accounts receivable duties To be successful in the role the applicant will need: Previous accounts experience, 5 – 10 years' experience is desirable.
Experience in Excel, SAP, Ariba Software and other online portals (Essential).
