We are looking for a skilled and proactive Management Accountant to add value to the Sunbeam Foods business and provide accurate, reliable factory production performance reporting and analysis.Description:About the RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager – Supply Chain & Operations, your reporting and analysis skills will be utilized to influence business outcomes.
The ability to provide critical short-term and long-term forecasting is also essential.
The role can be based in either Mildura - Victoria or Eastern Creek - New South Wales (with travel).Key Responsibilities will include:Reporting of weekly performance of manufacturing operations and accurate monthly forecasting of expected variances to budget and forecast.Monthly reporting of Manufacturing results including analysis of key drivers of variance to budget including direct labour, materials, and overhead variances.Maintenance of accurate and up to date costings in ERP system to enable accurate financial performance measurement and analysis of product performance.Maintaining a quotation process that allows accurate costings to be provided to the business in a timely basis for use in business cases.Forecasting manufacturing requirements to influence future cost management.Reconciliation of inventory and other key general ledger accounts.Providing key inputs into the annual budget in relation to Sunbeam manufacturing operations, including labour and overhead recovery rates as well as product costs.Maintenance on BOMs (Bills of material) in accordance with changes and setting up new BOMs for new products.Supporting business partners through timely and insightful information.Oversee the completion of weekly Balanced Score Card and monthly KPI's.Skills and Experience:Relevant Business Degree.
