Management Reporting - Provide monthly reports with recommendations to the executive team, reviewed weekly and monthly.Payroll and Tax Management - Ensure timely updates and payments for GST, PAYG, payroll, etc, aligned with cash flow forecasts and monthly reports to directors.End-of-Month Reporting - Complete accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports on time with clear financial notes.Company Benchmarks - Maintain weekly business functions to meet benchmarks, review semi-annually with the executive team.Financial Procedures Improvement - Enhance reporting structures, IT systems, and financial procedures, reviewing semi-annually as directed by the executive team.Must haves? 3+ years experience working in a similar role (Management or Financial Accountant)Experience managing large company growth periodsCA or CPA qualified Well versed in Xero Nice to haves?
Experience in building and construction industry
