We are currently seeking two Management Accountants to join our Group Financial Controller & Treasury Division.
These roles are also well-suited for finance professionals who have recently completed a graduate program and are looking to advance their careers in finance.
As a Management Accountant, you will provide essential support and advice on financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and capital management.
You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement in financial management through high-quality analysis and financial modelling.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, for both capital and operating expenditure.
Undertake analysis of financial issues and business performance, providing insights into financial and non-financial drivers to identify opportunities for improved performance.
Maintain financial models to support ongoing budgeting and forecasting activities.
Focus on capital and governance processes, including ensuring compliance with external and internal reporting.
Complete key period-end financial processes such as month-end close, billing, invoicing, transfers, and journal entries.
Assist in delivering audit processes for half-year, hard close and year-end reporting.
Engage actively with the business to assist in identifying areas for process improvement in tools, systems, and financial management.
About You: Tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline, working towards CPA or CA certification.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial support role, with a good understanding of financial planning, reporting, and associated systems.
High-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modelling and analysis to inform decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present financial data clearly and assist management to achieve strategic outcomes.
Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting processes, and financial systems, particularly in a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
