They foster a culture of excellence and growth for their employees.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Generate financial reports, budgets, and projections to support strategic decision-making.Perform variance analyses and deliver detailed explanations for any identified discrepancies.Assist with month-end and year-end closures, including managing accruals and prepayments.Work closely with various departments to provide financial expertise and support business objectives.Prepare monthly management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.Support annual budgeting processes by collecting relevant data and delivering insightful financial analysis.Maintain detailed cost records and conduct periodic reviews to highlight cost-reduction opportunities.Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure a seamless review process.Take part in ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior leadership or stakeholdersThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate must have:Degree in Accounting or FinanceCA / CPA QualificationIntermediate to Advanced Excel skillsExperience in the Transport and Logistics industry is desirableStrong communication skillsStrong organisation and time management skillsWhat's on OfferHybrid working
