Working for an Iconic Melbourne BusinessTemp to Perm Opportunity - ASAP StartAbout Our ClientOne of Australia's oldest and largest institutions renowned for their cultural legacy, innovations, and excellence within Melbourne's CBD.Job DescriptionPrepare and analyse monthly operating management reports, non-operating fund statements, and period-end GL reconciliations.Manage month-end accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.Collaborate with senior Finance members and other stakeholders to manage external and internal audits, implementing audit recommendations where required.Assist with budget and forecast processes, as well as end-of-year financial processes, ensuring the timely completion of financial statements and compliance with reporting requirements.Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to drive process improvements and enhance financial decision-making.Support the preparation of external reports and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.Engage closely with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and advice.The Successful ApplicantCA or CPA qualified (or partially)Strong business partnering skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearlyBackground in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering financial reportsExperience with Dynamics 365 is advantageousWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work in one of Victoria's most prestigious cultural institutionsCollaborative and inclusive work environmentProfessional development opportunities to further enhance your career
