Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of Agile projects, ensuring high performance and scalability in a dynamic environment.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore teams, to gather requirements and translate them into Agile project solutions, leveraging exposure to cloud technologies.
3. Mentor and guide Agile teams, providing leadership and best practices in project management.
4. Evaluate and enhance existing project delivery systems, implementing Agile methodologies and best practices to maintain project accuracy and reliability.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Agile project management landscape.
Qualifications:
1. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a strong understanding of project management processes.
2. Exposure to cloud technologies, with familiarity in working with onshore/offshore teams.
3. Previous experience leading Agile projects in the data and analytics domain would be advantageous.
4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
