The role:   Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
Experience in managing participants with challenging behaviours Available for overnight shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-6am) If you have the passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.

We are seeking permanent or part time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

EAP services Mandatory requirement Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent  First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
Current Driver's License National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check Working with Children Check.
