As our new Major Projects Technical Director , you'll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.
Your role will include:
Leading design teams on major Roads / Linear Infrastructure projects Bringing diverse groups of people together to deliver seamlessly Creating a thriving, collaborative and a high-performance culture within project teams Building strong trust-based relationships with delivery partners and clients Managing the interface between disciplines through all stages of delivery Liaising with construction contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders Concise communication with project governance groups Input into the pursuit of future opportunities in the market How will your future be shaped by us? As well as experience as a Design Manager on major Roads projects, you will bring:
