MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NEVERFAIL ABOUT NEVERFAIL AT COCA-COLA EUROPACIFIC PARTNERS Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got."
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.
WHAT DOES YOUR NEW ROLE ENTAIL? Completing planned and unplanned maintenance schedules and breakdown service requirements. Minimising the operational downtime and waste of site plant and equipment. Delivering a high standard of customer service and developing strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external). Resolving equipment reliability issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Taking the initiative to identify and develop improvement opportunities. Utilising sound computer skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports. Adherence to established document handling processes. There will be some remote support to other Neverfail sites, for example at Garbutt. Inventory/spare parts management. LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! Experience as a Maintenance Fitter or Electrician (dual highly desirable). Valid electrical trade qualification. Valid Australian State Recognised Electrical Licence. Experience in a continuous process industrial electrical environment working with continuous high speed processing and packaging equipment. Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs) with extensive electrical fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics in 3D Auto Cad. Comprehensive knowledge of AS/NZ 3000, the Electrical Safety Act, the Electrical Safety Regulation and the Electrical Code of Practice. Awareness of OHS Legislation and processes. Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
