We have opportunities for a Maintenance (MA) Supervisor to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.The RoleThe Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the VIC/SA O&M Superintendent, will be responsible for the effective operation of various assets and sites throughout South Australia. The role will be based at RAAF Edinburgh.Lead, motivate and manage a small team of maintenance trades and subcontractors.Work with Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of MA Services, in-line with Maintenance & Asset Management plans.Monitor relevant site level compliance reviews for all operational and delivery platform maintenance and compliance for relevant DFI's.Contribute to the management MA budget performance.Ensure clear understanding across all sites of UGL and Defence HSE Expectations and obligations.About YouYou will be a strong team player, a self-starter, and a dedicated employee that will draw on your extensive experience and diverse skills to deliver high-quality outcomes for UGL and our customer while developing yourself personally and professionally.
