The Opportunity:The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance trades personnel (HD Mechanic, Boilermaker, Auto Electrician) as well as coordinating and managing all maintenance activities.
This position plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the smooth operation of earthmoving equipment and promoting a strong safety culture within the team.
Roster Available: 8:6 & 7:7 Roster FIFO from Perth, WARole Located: Pilbara WA RegionRemuneration: $195,000 per annum plus super + $5,000 Sign on Bonus !

What we are looking for: Prior site-based maintenance supervisory experience on heavy earthmoving equipment is essential.Strong knowledge and exposure to Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr Mining Excavators.Demonstrable leadership, communication and people management skills.Knowledge of relevant mining related legislation (Schedule 26).Previous AMT maintenance software exposure (Desirable).Australian Recognised Trade Certificate III - Heavy Vehicle (Essential).Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence (Essential).Ability to pass pre-employment medical.What SMS can offer:At SMS we pride ourselves on our positive work culture and ability to deliver desired results.
