An excellent opportunity is available to join an international chemical manufacturer in an off tools Maintenance Manager role, focused on leadership, CapEx, and driving continuous improvements.
An ideal applicant will be an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Manager with proven leadership & technical abilities. You will be familiar with ATEX / DSEAR regulations and have a strong manufacturing or similar background.
The company themselves are part of an international group who turnover $18bn+ per annum. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager on a full time & permanent basis and are happy to offer further industry training & external training courses to upskill you in the position.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will autonomously run the maintenance team, ensuring proactive & reactive maintenance is undertaken and the team are continually coached, mentored & developed. You will play a lead in the CapEx investment programme and work closely with senior management in identifying further areas for improvement.
