Maintenance Supervisor

Emeco are now accepting applications for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team located at Fimiston mine site in the Goldfields of Western Australia.
Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for a new role? Or are you a leading hand with Supervisory experience ready for a step up in your career?
The Perks:

Salary: Full time
Shifts: 12 hour days
Roster: 8 and 6 Roster day shift only
DIDO: Kalgoorlie based home every night
Relocation: This can be discussed on a case by case basis

Our Fleet On-Site:

Excavators – Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr
Graders – CAT 140H
Trucks – CAT 785C x 1, 777F x 3
Wheel Loaders – CAT 950, 966, 972, 980, 992
Opportunity for our equipment rental contract to keep expanding

What we'll need from you:

Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
Experienced Supervisor / Leading hand looking to step up.
Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
Strong communication skills with a focus on team and company culture
Hold a current Australian Driver's License
High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training
National Police Clearance or able to obtain one
