Since 2011, Raytheon Australia has been contracted to deliver facilities services in support of the Harold E. Holt (HEH) Defence Precinct in Exmouth, Western Australia. Home to the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), the C-Band Radar and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmission capability, these systems add a critical contribution to Australia's space domain awareness and battlespace awareness missions.

The role:
To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated individual who is ready to work with a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team on-site in Exmouth WA.
Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of trade and technical professionals that operate, troubleshoot and maintain the mission systems onsite. The role requirements include team performance, KPI management, customer liaison and maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective safety leadership to your team in the field Demonstrated experience developing team members to build capability Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with the approved procedures, directives, processes, and policies. Demonstrated history solving problems at the root cause and making improvements that last. Work collaboratively with customers and other internal departments to deliver 'best for capability' outcomes. Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
A relevant trade certification (Cert III or higher). Electrical or Electronic background preferred, but not essential, with the right experience. Minimum 3-4 years' experience leading frontline teams. Candidates must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
