We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Maintenance team.
You will join a collaborative and skilled team of technicians, supported by strong leadership in both Brisbane and Perth.
About the role: As the Maintenance / Small Works Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Maintenance jobs and small projects across Brisbane for West to West Group, ensuring they are completed timely, safely, on budget, and of high quality. In this role, you will be responsible for entire projects from start to finish including estimating, running the job with in-house trades and/or subcontractors, and communicating with clients.
You will be the main contact for the assigned jobs between internal and external stakeholders, and will oversee compliance, WH&S, approvals/budgets, and management of required staff and trades for those jobs.
