These requests may come from Uniting people, landlords and or tenants and you will provide efficient and effective customer service to manage work orders end-to-end. In your new role, you will also be responsible for:
Collaborating with external trades and the Uniting Facilities team to manage property and repairs.Manage property-related payments incl. rates, utilities, contractor payments, etc.Complete property administration task – connecting utilities, insurance, document control, etc.Ensure accuracy in data by participating in regular reviews, cleansing activities, etc.Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as needed.View the full position description here What's on offerIn addition to a base salary of $71,000 and superannuation, you will have access to:
