Maintenance PlannerOur client a mid-tier Mining Contractor is seeking to add a Maintenance Planner to over see its light vehicle mobile maintenance planning on site in Central QLD. Working with a highly trained and experienced team of maintenance professionals you will plan for, budget for and manage a all LV and ancillary activities and ensure you offer market leading maintenance reliability and safety performance to site.This role would suit a career minded individual who seeks the stability of a permanent role with a well-established Mining company.Reports to: Maintenance ManagerResponsibilities: Developing, maintaining and providing clearly structured plans and deliverables for implementation through the execution teamScheduling light vehicle and ancillary mobile plant worksEnsuring plans meet availability requirementsEnsuring work is executed within monthly budget structuresContribute to the management of the maintenance budget and forecasting process which supports the effective cost management of the Maintenance departmentPromoting innovation and operational enhancements to achieve high performance outcomesDriving performance, safety and productivity of relevant plant and equipment through process improvementEngaging with maintenance personnel and key stakeholders to ensure a 'hands-on' approach towards the planning of maintenance workloadsRequirementsDegree/Trade Qualification in Heavy Equipment Diesel FittingExperience of Planning for Mobile Maintenance TeamsCommitment to Training and Developing EmployeesSafety FocusedUp to date Knowledge of CAT and Sandvik EquipmentPackageFIFO RosterPermanent full-time positionCompetitive Salary + Super5/2, 4/3 RosterIf this role sounds right for you then please send your resume through to ******
