About the role
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Croydon Park site. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the home, both internally and externally, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
Duties Maintain buildings, fixtures and fittings both internally and externallyEnsure programs for scheduled maintenance are designed and performed to enable to site to operate at maximum potentialMaintain outside areas to ensure they are always well-presented and safeEnsure knowledge and compliance with respect of WHS, St Basil's Homes (SA) policies and procedures and Aged Care Quality StandardsEnsure the Resident's needs are met in accordance with St Basils Homes (SA) valuesPromote a harmonious work environment, and recognise that every staff member plays a vital role in the delivery of care to our residentsAccept accountability and responsibility for your own work practicesMaintain efficient and open communication with all staff 15th April, 2024 About the company
