Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to ourclients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an AgiDriver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day andinteracting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there'snothing routine about this role!Aboutthe role:Most days will start between 4am and 6am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime ratesWe pay a base rate and once you go past your regular hours in one day the first two after that will be at time and a half. If you do more than 2 hours overtime in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are generally paid after 10 hours in one shiftAs we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven't met beforeWe provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loadsAll new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourselfAboutyou:Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you're onsiteYou prefer variety in your working life.
