We are looking for a Part Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer, a jack of all trades that is also a people person! Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will be a part of small yet dynamic team and be responsible for the general repair and maintenance throughout the village.
Daily Tasks
General maintenance and upkeep of the villageResponding to resident requestsPreventative maintenance & inspectionsRepairs to building & equipmentResident bus drivingTo be successful in this role you will:
Have previous experience as a handy person or general maintenance officerBe a 'can do' person with a positive attitudeHave pride in what you doBe able to multitask and prioritise effectivelyHave a high attention to detailHave basic computer skillsHave an Open Class C Drivers LicenceSamford Grove is proud to be a Reside Community.
