Maintenance Officer - Bruce Private Hospital  Progress with purpose at one of Australia's largest health care providers Get ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environment Part-time Maintenance Officer to join our team in a unique hospital setting Application closing date: 14th November 2024  About the role   As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in the upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of our hospital facilities to ensure that all critical hospital systems run smoothly.
Your main duties will include: Respond promptly to maintenance requests, identifying and repairing issues as needed.
Assist the Facilities Manager with scheduling, contractor coordination and other administrative tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and ensuring maintenance is conducted in a timely manner.
About you: Experience in building or general, with skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
