As Maintenance Manager you'll be responsible for managing all maintenance activities for our Keysborough facility (Chefgood), ensuring machinery is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills in facility upkeep, contractor management, and problem-solving to our team, helping us maintain safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.
Your role Facility and Equipment Upkeep: Consistently maintain machinery, perform direct maintenance, or delegate to trades as needed. Preventative Care: Drive and manage a preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring our facility's machinery and equipment are in optimal condition. Emergency Response and Issue Resolution: Act swiftly to address breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime to keep operations running smoothly. Contractor and External Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for trades-related concerns, maintaining SLAs, and managing contractor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service. Process Improvement and Safety Compliance: Regularly inspect equipment, uphold WHS standards, and implement solutions for enhanced safety and operational resilience. Documentation Management: Create and manage a comprehensive library of maintenance records, procedures, and work instructions. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in maintenance management in an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders Organisational skills to prioritise maintenance tasks effectively Experience in contractor management and familiarity with CMMS, GMP, and safety standards Benefits Enjoy discounted Marley Spoon boxes, conveniently delivered to your doorstep.
