The Benefits: On-site accommodation (including utilities), Laptop and Mobile Phone Twice yearly product allocation for you and your family/friends Ongoing career development pathways with a leading agribusiness The Role Ensuring high-quality maintenance across their fleet of state-of-the-art machinery, the Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in the continuous development of equipment maintenance standards. Reporting to the Grove Manager, this role will effectively manage a team of 2 full-time Mechanics whilst coordinating external contractors when required. With a strong focus on workplace health and safety, your duties will consist of, but not be limited to: Ensuring a well-stocked inventory of spare parts and supplies, whilst managing budgetary spend. Coordinating installation/commissioning of new plant equipment. Recording accurate records of all service, maintenance, and repair work performed on each piece of equipment and machinery. Conducting regular performance and development reviews for your team, ensuring effective coaching/mentoring is provided. Maintaining strong communication across all departments to ensure timely maintenance activities are met. Managing and assisting with preventative and breakdown maintenance programs across all vehicles and equipment, consisting of Tractors, Colossus Harvesters, Sprayers, Slashers, Utes, Mules, Skirters, and more. About You The successful applicant will have proven experience in staff-management, budgeting and ordering of resources, and hands-on machinery maintenance. This role will ideally suit someone keen to further develop their management skills within a well-established farming operation.
