About the Role We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance team at the Chandala Mineral Processing Plant.
Chandala Processing Plant is located near Muchea, 70km north of the CBD.
The location offers a range of lifestyle options including the opportunity to reside in coastal towns such as Burns Beach, Iluka and Mindarie which are an easy 30-minute drive during the nine (9) day fortnight roster, where you will be home every night.
This key leadership role is essential for operating and maintaining a safe, reliable, and responsible facility.
As a member of the Northern Operations leadership team you will play a significant role in shaping and delivering business plans and activities that align with Tronox's local, regional and global strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Maintenance function to support the operation of our safe and reliable facility.
Ensure maintenance work management procedures and execution of those procedures align with safety values and rules.
Ensure statutory roles are appointed and compliance records are maintained.
Train and develop team members; ensuring succession planning, performance management and ongoing competency training of the team occurs.
Develop and execute the Site Maintenance business plan, with a 0-5 year view.
Create and manage the maintenance budget, reporting cost performance against budget and forecast, and controlling variances.
Implement methods and procedures to improve operations, reduce costs, optimise PM strategies, enhance labour and material utilisation.
Collaborate with the Asset Integrity, Capital, and Process Improvement Teams.
About you: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, coach, and mentor a diverse team.
Over 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably a maintenance background or proven relevant experience.

A proactive approach to innovation and improvement with adaptability to change.
Ability to build trusting and authentic relationships to deliver outcomes as a team.
