Salary Packaging (Not-for-profit organisation) Brand new residences State of the art technology Exclusive benefits and discounts with JB Hifi, Endota spa, etc. Company Vehicle Signature Care is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Manager to lead our experienced maintenance team in Victoria. Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are completed and up to date. This includes providing hands-on assistance (where applicable) and limiting the need to engage contractors.
This role is Monday to Friday and will be supported by an experienced General Manager of Property and Property and Procurement Officer. You will oversee all Victorian sites including: Clyde, Langwarrin, Officer, Warragul, Whittington, Grovedale and Romsey. You will be provided with a company vehicle to accommodate regular travel to sites.
