Qualifications & Experience Experience in a similar role Any relevant trade certification that may assist with fulfilling the role A great attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team Tasks & Responsibilities Working knowledge of building maintenance across a broad range of skill sets Ability to independently manage a small team to keep the property in pristine condition for our guests Ability to think outside of the square to be creative in finding solutions to all issues Ability to be hands-on in making things work Computer literate with the ability to operate a building management system Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with other members of the senior management team Be proficient in reporting and communicating goals and strategies Availability to work on weekends or be on call when required Benefits We offer a competitive salary to the right individual Company benefits through the Prendiville group Master Key scheme Accommodation is available in Staff accommodation Click on 'Apply for this job' and send your CV and cover letter.
