In being a key driver in seamless safe operations across the site, key aspects of your role will include:Leading a reliability centred maintenance program, with a focus on utilisation of effective oil testing and thermography toolsDevelop the site's maintenance plan, with the goal of minimising plant down time and reliance on major shut periodsDriving a maintenance culture of continuous improvement across the organisationEngaging effectively with the broader business, particularly with Production and Project teams, to ensure strong collaboration and ultimately production efficiencyOngoing development of your maintenance team as well as longer term succession planningThis is a great opportunity if you're looking for a position with a focus across both maintenance and people leadership, high levels of influence, within an organisation that has a track record of investing in the ongoing improvement and upgrade of their assets.About YouYou'll bring depth of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, processing or broader industrial environments and hold either trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or a related field.
