Through a strategic blend of cutting-edge technology, dedication to sustainability and a commitment to delivering excellence, this business stands out as a notable success in its industry.Located in Central West NSW, you will have multiple living options available, including the thriving city of Bathurst, providing affordability and a regional lifestyle.About Your New RoleReporting directly into the General Manager and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a team of maintenance specialists and contractors, driving both maintenance execution and strategy across this impressive facility. In being a key driver in seamless safe operations across the site, key aspects of your role will include:Leading a reliability centred maintenance program, with a focus on utilisation of effective oil testing and thermography toolsDevelop the site's maintenance plan, with the goal of minimising plant down time and reliance on major shut periodsDriving a maintenance culture of continuous improvement across the organisationEngaging effectively with the broader business, particularly with Production and Project teams, to ensure strong collaboration and ultimately production efficiencyOngoing development of your maintenance team as well as longer term succession planningThis is a great opportunity if you're looking for a position with a focus across both maintenance and people leadership, high levels of influence, within an organisation that has a track record of investing in the ongoing improvement and upgrade of their assets.About YouYou'll bring depth of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, processing or broader industrial environments and hold either trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or a related field. As this is a people-focused role, you will have strong people leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and development, as well as the ability to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your stakeholder engagement capability will also be critical, to ensure effective collaboration across the organisation.
