GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG). GRPS are looking for a Maintenance Improvement Specialist to identify, support and implement improvement project and initiatives in line with our client's business plan and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Engage with key stakeholders to identify issues and improvements to integrity and reliability.Recommend and review changes and progress of implemented improvements.Drive and support maintenance readiness, including overseeing maintenance builds.Identify key site maintenance improvement requirements.Develop, implement and execute key maintenance processes and updates related to maintenance, planning, execution of works, work instructions and materials.Identify and assist with CMMS maintenance build and improvements.Ensure operational obligations are delivered on time and identify required improvements.Qualifications and Experience: Mandatory: Experienced (5yrs min) Oil and Gas sector.Mechanical qualifications – Trade, Diploma or Engineering degree.O&G Maintenance, Reliability and Performance experience.Proven CMMS experience.Team player mentality.Flexible approach.Strong communication skills.What we offer: Competitive rates of pay.Team orientated environment.If you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now ensuring you complete the screening questions.
