Maintenance / Handyperson Albion Hotel Kilburn

The Albion Hotel, Kilburn is a family friendly hotel where punters can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the sports bar, beer garden or bistro where great service and a relaxed atmosphere makes everyone feel at home.  
We are looking for a casual Maintenance/Handyperson approx. 20 - 25hrs per week to work together with our Venue Manager/Department heads to strive to maintain the hotels standards and appearance.  Working over 5 days per week, 7 am starting time
Position Requirements Follow a maintenance schedule which covers general hotel areas, plant and equipmentEnsuring that all the areas of hotel are neat, tidy and well maintained.Conduct minor repairs as requiredUndertake general labouring duties as directedComplete all the tasks in the timeframe and in priority basis.General garden maintenance and cleaning of surrounding areas including carparksPersonally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related hotel Policies.SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate will portray the selection criteria:
Experience in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry preferred but not essentialDemonstrated knowledge in the use of cleaning equipment and use and application of cleaning productsDemonstrated knowledge of maintenance facilities for commercial   buildings INTERESTED? Apply Now!
