Maintenance Handyman

Global Hotels and Residences is Brisbane born and rasied fast growing multinational Hotels & Residences development company, with an existing portfolio of 100 plus apartments, townhouses & hotel developments. With new development projects that will be completed in the next one year at various sites in Brisbane & Gold Coast, we will effectively triple our  owned & managed inventory in the market.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled casual handyman to join our team in Woolloongabba, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to fit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing Performing general property maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, basic plumbing, and building repairsScheduling, completing, documenting and billing maintenance tasks on a timely basisDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing appropriate solutionsMaintaining a safe and organised work environmentProviding exceptional customer service to residents and guestsManaging contractors from quoting through selection to supervision and approval to pay. What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar handyman or maintenance roleStrong practical skills and the ability to work with a wide range of tools and equipmentGood communication and customer service skillsA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamA current driver's license and your own reliable transportationWhat we offer
