About the role: Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experience Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to take on this permanent full time position commencing 6 January 2025. The Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor is part of a small team of professionals, whose role is to ensure that the College facilities and grounds are maintained in a neat, tidy, safe and hygienic manner.
The Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor must be highly professional in all aspects of the role and display proficiency in areas of team leadership, project management (budgeting and time management), stakeholder management/communications, consultation, problem solving and decision making.
This position includes (but not limited to) the following:
Oversight of maintenance and grounds;Teamwork and communication;Leadership of a strong and dynamic team.Skills and Experience: Facilities management experience 3+ years and proven experience in building and asset maintenance schedules;Relevant trade qualifications are desirable;Experience in project management of small to medium capital works is desirable;Effective planning and organizational skills, including excellent practices for correspondence, documentation and budget monitoring;Advanced levels of computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite;Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills;Understanding of the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information.The ability to support the Christian ethos of the College.Applications should be addressed to Mrs Janelle Anderson, Principal and submitted as one combined PDF file via email to [email protected] before 4:00pm on Monday 18 November 2024 .
