As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.Our Revesby site manufactures the market leading B&D doors range.
You will join the afternoon shift team which is a start time of between 2pm-3pm.
We can be flexible for the right person around start and finish times over the 5 day working week.
Our maintenance team have made several positive changes to the site recently and will continue to help us operate at the top of our game.DuluxGroup is proudly an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and participate in site improvement projects.Identify any plant equipment issues and troubleshoot, providing sustainable solutions and communicating with all stakeholders.Identify and highlight problems or deviations from the desired process, and lead root cause analysis and problem-solving.Responding to breakdown situations to repair to all plant equipment as requested by the relevant Manager/Supervisor.Maintaining all registers, logs, and systems to track repairs, notifications, and work activities.Skills & ExperienceRecognized Mechanical Trade QualificationAbility to work independently and make quick decisions during emergency situations.Identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities through ongoing investigation and root cause analysis of fault.Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices with a commitment to best practices.Why DuluxGroup?As a member of our team, you'll unleash your potential, grow, achieve and thrive with us.We offer a fast-paced work environment that values collaboration, rewards high-performance, and inspires innovation.But it's not just about the work - it's also about the people.At DuluxGroup, we foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and flexibility.
