Our focus is on preventative maintenance to ensure optimal production levels.We have day shifts available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:06 PM, and night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:06 AM.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate and shift allowance!Onsite ParkingGreat employee benefits including product discounts, novated leasing, travel discounts + more!Opportunity to upskill with training provided.ASX listed company through Australia and NZ.The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority.Day and Night Shifts AvailableDaily Tasks:Attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely mannerReduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime.Assisting in developing and introducing maintenance programs to support all internal stakeholders.Ensure the execution of safety standards and quality assurance practices into all repairs and maintenance activities.Identifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks.To be successful in this role, you will need to:Australian mechanical trade qualificationExperience in installations, repairs and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment, preferably FMCG industry.Experience in fault finding on hydraulic, pneumatic, and complex mechanical systems.Experience in breakdown as well and preventive maintenance.Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.Proven skills in the areas of attention to detail, information processing and problem solving with the ability to multitask.Ability to identify and introduce improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance.Experience with Maximo as a CMMS would be an advantage.We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
