You will also perform tasks relating to continuous improvement projects. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will have -the ability to work in a fast paced environmentrelevant trade qualificationsgood fabrication skills (MIG,TIG and STICK)hydraulics /pneumatic qualifications or experiencefamiliarity with recording data on MEX or equivalent computer aided programsan understanding of Lean Principlesthe ability to work under strict WHS guidelinesthe ability to trouble shoot and work proactively as part of a teamsound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown responsethe ability to communicate on all levelsthe ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivatedaccess to reliable transportDesirable -experience in a fresh food produce environment or similara restricted electrical disconnect / reconnect license will be highly regarded but not essentialforklift licenseTo become part of the team you will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate on all levels, be self-motivated and work well within a team.
