Maintenance Fitter And Turner

This full-time role is based in Dubbo and Central NSW, offering a base rate of $45/hr. The position involves working in both industrial and agricultural environments, with tasks across meat processing and grain facilities. You'll perform a variety of fitter, turner, and machinist duties, so flexibility and a strong willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities: Set up and adjust machines and equipmentAssemble parts, dismantle, and repair or replace defective componentsOperate hand and machine toolsSupport installations, expansions, and new projectsConduct daily mechanical maintenance to reduce downtimeImplement systems to boost efficiency and reduce utility costsPropose initiatives to improve plant productivity and profitabilityQualifications: Licensed Fitter and Turner with maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturingPositive attitude, flexible, and a strong team playerAbout FIP Group
