Ventia has been awarded a new four-year contract by Seqwater to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumentational services across its water network. Ventia will provide services across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.
About the Role Join one of the largest essential infrastructure service providers in Australia and New Zealand. The Maintenance Engineering Manager provides strategic & operational management to the Engineering and Maintenance function operating under the Seqwater Collaborative Asset Services contract. This position will provide leadership and support with a focus on improving operational efficiencies, moving from reactive response to proactive preventative maintenance and towards a data driven condition-based maintenance regime across all Seqwater assets.
The position will drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify and implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.

About You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineering Manager, you should have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.
