$71,344.58 to $73,773.08 Annually + up to 12% super RCC Employee's Level 6 to RCC Employee's Level 7 This position is located on Macleay Island Your opportunity Join our team as a Maintenance Crew Team Leader and lead a skilled team in delivering top-quality maintenance across civil, marine, and vegetation infrastructure. What you'll bring We would love to hear from you if you can effectively deliver a range of routine maintenance activities under remote supervision in line with Service Level Agreements and Council Standards, including the use of asset management systems for defect resolution. The ideal candidate will lead a small maintenance team, fostering teamwork and equity to create a productive workplace, while managing contractor operations as needed. They will ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations, proactively addressing safety and environmental concerns, and maintain polite, responsive communication with internal and external customers. Additionally, they should provide accurate technical advice and implement innovative practices to enhance productivity.

We offer attractive benefits and flexible working arrangements.Level 6 You will hold a HR license.You will have 3 years' experience in the relevant field.You will participate in the after-hours on-call roster, including remote response and site-related operations over weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.You will hold a Cert II Civil Construction (or equivalent qualification), or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
